after an initial call to the shop about a faulty SD port on my laptop, he was able to suggest a much more inexpensive fix. He provided me with a USB-SD adaptor card reader for a fraction of a potential repair job cost. Staff are very knowledgeable and have friendly disposition and are easy to chat with.
