We will look after your system and ensure that it is operating at it’s peak and on top of that if you need any help on a particular program we can assist you by providing a personalised one to one service to show you how the hardware or software work with each other.

*Please note prices do not factor in costs for additional parts that may be required.

 

Special Services (3 - 5 Day Timeframe)

  • One to One Program Setup or Demonstration $109 minimum. *Charged in per half hour blocks

    Have some chat software but can’t seem to get your webcam up and running correctly? We can assist step by step by providing one to one setup and demonstration on how to use the program and explain what the necessary buttons and functions do. By the time we’re finished teaching you, you’ll become the next tech smart person!

    *NOTE if you approach the storefront and require a quick or immediate fix for any program or hardware setup for a program this service will be applied regardless on how long it takes.

     

  • PC Upgrade + Cleaning of Existing Parts and Initial Test $129

    If you have purchased some new components from us but wish to use some of your current components to complete the upgrade e.g. new PC internal parts but use the same exterior PC case you own, we can assist you with this process and ensure that all of your original components are cleaned and restored to ensure your system is looking as brand new as it can get.

     

  • E-Mail Services $149

    If you need to transfer your e-mails and your account and its configuration from your older system to a new system or your mailbox has issues with syncing to your internet providers we can help you out and correct this hassle.

     

  • Large Capacity Data Transfer (1.5TB to 3TB) $149

    If you have a system that is no longer repairable but have a lot of important documents or pictures within it we can transfer the data from your systems internal drive to a provided (*or at an additional cost a supplied) external hard drive so that your data can be accessed on any other system you may own.

     

  • Custom System Builds \ Cable Management $199

    If you have purchased your components from different places but need a builder to fully assemble your awesome looking RGB gaming system then we would be delighted to build, cable manage and test your system to ensure that all of your parts are working as intended.

    *NOTE if the part(s) do not work as intended when the build is complete we will notify you and the part(s) must be returned to the specific store where you have purchased it. We will not accept liability for parts that are not purchased within our store.

     

  • Super Capacity Data Transfer (3TB & Higher) $149 + Additional $1 for every 20GB Recovered After 3TB

    If you have a system that is no longer repairable but have a vast amount of important documents or pictures within it we can transfer the data from your systems internal drive to a provided (*or at an additional cost a supplied) external hard drive so that your data can be accessed on any other system you may own.
