Care Instructions

When you get your freshly new built custom system we have already pre-installed all drivers and updated Windows OS for you. However there are a few extra steps you need to do.

1. Maintain and clean thoroughly your computer system every few months to ensure thermal performance is running cool and efficient.

2. Keep all drivers and Windows OS up to date. Check for drivers both hardware & OS Windows every 2-3 weeks to ensure you are running the latest drivers. You can also call us (03) 9464 6888 or email us and we can walk you through this with life-time tech support.

3. It is advised to keep all box packaging that comes with the PC system in tact just in case you ever need to return the PC for warranty purposes or move it around.

4. Please ensure all PLASTIC is peeled OFF the PC BEFORE turning it on.
